RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items purchased from our website on discount are not subject to refunds or exchanges in order to ensure fairness to our artisans and craftsmen and keep our prices competitive.

Only in the odd event that your goods arrive broken are returned and refunds would be made possible within 48 hours of receiving your order, you must email us and include a photo of any broken products in your shipment.

When returns are authorized (for damaged goods), we are pleased to provide you a full refund on the original credit or debit card you used to make the purchase. However, in some cases, return shipping costs and a stocking fee may also be charged. Or you might replace the defective item for a new one.
